Created using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Photoshop and Camtasia Studio. This project was done in collaboration with WLC. This course is the onlie version of a virtual and in-person training on the subject matter. The Department of Workplace Culture and Inclusion requires an online version of this course.

The goal of this course is to maintain effective manager-employee relationships while working remotely.

As part of blended training solutions to the performance issues, we created an elearning developed in Articulate Rise 360. This course complements other Talent Acquisition initiatives to support employees who never worked remotely before, as well as their managers.

The simple and responsive nature of the course makes it easy to follow and accessible through several electronic devices.

The course content also provides resources for managers to ensure a solid foundation of continual effective interactions within staff and forward.

The course content has been gathered from several existing courses on the topic of managing employee performance and managing emergency transitions.
